We’re hiring a full-time Production Graphic Designer for our Winter Park office! This role is all about creating great looking proofs for challenge coins, lapel pins, patches, and lanyards. Designs that translate perfectly from digital proof to finished product.

Our team primarily uses Adobe Illustrator with some Photoshop, and we love working with the latest AI tools like ChatGPT, Nano Banana, and Ai within the Adobe programs to create high-quality visuals fast. We view Ai as just a tool. We want and need a professional designer to bring our customers projects to life. You bring your Illustrator and Photoshop skills, and we'll teach you the rest.

Where Would I Work & What’s It Like?

All employees work out of our office in Winter Park, FL. It’s fast-paced and highly interactive among team members. We’re an online company. No customer showroom means we can support our nationwide customer base without tire-kickers or people looking over your shoulder while you design.

You’ll have a sit-stand desk, double monitors, and a super comfy ergonomic chair (Herman Miller Aeron).

What Would I Do?

You’d be responsible for creating awesome vector artwork that we can turn into finished pins, coins, patches, and lanyards for our customers. We have great customer service/sales reps but if we can’t take what the customer is asking for and make it better than what they believe possible, we can’t sell anything.

Customers come to us with everything from just a rough written idea to napkin drawings to PowerPoint presentations, Ai generated images, and professional vector artwork. We start from a variety of different points but finish in the same place with a great design that they love.

- Military, police, fire fighters, and EMS.

- Corporations like Pepsi, Advent Health, and Amazon.

- A brick and mortar shop down the street that needs a couple of hundred enamel

pins for customer appreciation.

- A graphic artist looking to promote their brand.

- Small Etsy shop owners.

What We’re Looking For:

- A fantastic all around graphic designer with a mind for business/selling.

- A designer who realizes the design still needs to look great even if you aren't given the best reference images or description to begin with.

- 2+ Years Experience or Degree in Relevant Field + Portfolio showcasing vector work. (2+ Years not required, but preferred.)

- Expertise & speed with Adobe Illustrator.

- Good Reading Comprehension (Customer requests and revisions come to us via email. You must have and use the ability to read and understand information and requests presented to you in writing and to accurately and quickly transform these ideas into artwork).

- Excellence in time management, organization, and prioritization.

- Thick skin.

- Attention to detail.

-There’s a lot of industry-specific information we’ll teach you.

- Our products have exacting minimums for text and strokes to make designs that look good in the finished medium as well as on-screen.

- Applicants must possess the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to redirect their efforts as necessary.

- Our customers can be very specific about what they want their project to look like and they don’t always have the best eye for design.

Compensation/Benefits

Starting Compensation of $18.00-$20.00 Hourly + Proof Closure Bonuses on every design of yours that sells 40hrs/week + OT Option

- Proof Closure Bonus - up to $4,800.00-$17,000.00 annually (Based on 2025 employee performances).

- 10 Days PTO.

- 6 Paid Holidays.

- 4, 10 hour days an option after 90 days.

A Day In The Life

- Create production ready vector art and renders from customer ideas and original artwork.

- Work alongside the sales team as they quote designs and collect customer feedback.

- Update and revise artwork based on that feedback.

- Collaborate with sales and management to ensure designs are accurate and ready for production.

- Earn a proof closure bonus when a project is finalized.
