The Position

As a UI/UX Product Designer at LiveBy, you will shape the end-to-end experience of LiveBy Local. You will work closely with our customers, product, engineering, customer success, marketing, and business development to design solutions that make complex real estate data clear and product workflows functional and intuitive.

You will design across a wide range of experiences, including onboarding, campaign tools, sharing flows, market reports, interactive data visualizations, and upgrade paths. We are looking for someone skilled in interviewing users, identifying unmet needs, and designing solutions that address problems.

You will also help identify areas where AI can simplify workflows and reduce manual effort for both agents and consumers. This is a high-impact role within a highly productive team, and your designs will be implemented quickly. As our product organization grows, you will have the opportunity to shape our design practice and influence the direction of LiveBy Local.

Essential Job Responsibilities

- Own all design at LiveBy, including UX, UI, research, workflows, and design systems.

- Advocate for usability and experience improvements across the product.

- Conduct user interviews to uncover needs, pain points, and opportunities.

- Validate concepts through usability testing and iterative design.

- Produce clear design artifacts, including flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI.

- Create and maintain a scalable design system and visual language.

- Translate data into insights and visualizations for agents and consumers.

Required Qualifications

- Four or more years of experience in UX, product design, or interaction design.

- Experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the design process

- Fluency across core UX deliverables, including wireframes, flows, mockups, and prototypes.

- Strong experience conducting user interviews and defining user needs.

- Portfolio that shows problem-solving, data visualization, and impacting product outcomes.

- Ability to work independently and manage the whole design lifecycle without another designer.

Preferred Qualifications

- Minimum three years of experience.

- Proven success leading design initiatives for SaaS platforms.

- Basic proficiency in HTML and CSS.

- Hands-on experience using AI-powered design and prototyping tools (such as Claude, Loveable, or Figma)

- Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
