- Create, maintain, and validate procurement records (contracts, POs, supplier qualifications, etc.).
- Monitor and notify business owners of contract expirations in support of lead time performance goals.
- Serve as a go-to resource for procurement process support and troubleshooting.
- Manage and refresh intranet content, including “How-to” guides and training materials.
- Support data governance, reporting, and procurement enablement initiatives.
- Assist with meeting documentation, scheduling, and ad hoc administrative tasks.
- Familiarity with procurement systems (Oracle Fusion/Cloud, ZipHQ, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and document management.
- Certifications such as CPSM or CPOP are a plus.

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $80,000-$96,000 USD annually. Base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, and qualifications/experience.
