To assist in Governance arm of Procurement department with quality assurance and compliance activities resulting in increased accuracy of contract data and minimization of manual efforts associated there with.
- Assist with data validation and transition to new systems • Assist with weekly, monthly data compliance efforts • Assist with ad hoc projects.
- Must be able to focus and provide 100% accuracy • Excellent Excel skills and able to execute formulas on demand • Comfortable providing suggestions of improvements to existing processes based on experience • Able to work as part of a team; dependable, punctual and pleasant • Able to schedule workday to see tasks through to completion in a timely manner • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree • Proficiency with tools such as MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and other office products • Knowledge of SAP, a plus.
