Pressure Washer

Now Hiring: Full-Time Pressure Washing & Outdoor Maintenance Technician Pay Rate: $22–$25 per hour

We are seeking reliable and motivated full-time team members for pressure washing and outdoor maintenance work. This role requires hands-on outdoor labor, operating pressure washing equipment, and safely driving a truck with a trailer.

Key Qualifications:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)

- Experience towing and operating a trailer safely

- Must provide professional references

- Must present a clean, professional appearance

- Availability to work weekdays and weekends as needed

- Flexible schedule and strong work ethic

- Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English for reporting and communication

Job Responsibilities:

- Operate pressure washing equipment to clean sidewalks, buildings, infrastructure, and other public or private surfaces

- Drive a truck with a trailer to and from assigned work zones

- Patrol and maintain cleanliness of public areas by removing litter, cigarette butts, and other debris from sidewalks, street gutters, and alleys

- Remove graffiti, stickers, and unauthorized posters from infrastructure such as light poles, trash cans, and news boxes

- Identify and report broken infrastructure, private property graffiti, and other maintenance concerns

- Remain alert to suspicious or unlawful activity and report incidents to law enforcement with accurate descriptions

- Interact courteously with pedestrians and visitors—offering assistance, directions, or general city information

- Complete basic daily reports summarizing tasks and observations

- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor in accordance with company standards and policies

- Work primarily on foot during an 8-hour shift (with scheduled breaks)

- Perform duties in all weather conditions (protective gear provided)
