Pressure Washer

Now Hiring: Full-Time Pressure Washing & Outdoor Maintenance Technician Pay Rate: $22–$25 per hour

We are seeking dependable and motivated full-time technicians to support our pressure washing and outdoor maintenance operations. This position involves hands-on outdoor work, operating pressure washing equipment, and safely driving a truck with an attached trailer.

Qualifications

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)

- Proven experience towing and operating a trailer safely

- Ability to provide professional references

- Clean, professional appearance

- Availability to work weekdays and weekends as needed

- Flexible schedule and strong work ethic

- Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English for communication and reporting purposes

Key Responsibilities

- Operate pressure washing equipment to clean sidewalks, buildings, infrastructure, and other public or private surfaces

- Drive a truck with a trailer to and from assigned work locations

- Patrol designated areas to maintain cleanliness by removing litter, cigarette butts, and other debris from sidewalks, street gutters, and alleys

- Remove graffiti, stickers, and unauthorized posters from infrastructure such as light poles, trash receptacles, and news boxes

- Identify and report damaged infrastructure, private property graffiti, and other maintenance issues

- Remain alert to suspicious or unlawful activity and report incidents to law enforcement with clear and accurate descriptions

- Interact courteously and professionally with pedestrians and visitors by offering assistance, directions, or general area information

- Complete basic daily reports summarizing work performed and observations

- Maintain a professional, positive demeanor in accordance with company policies and standards

- Work primarily on foot during an 8-hour shift (with scheduled breaks)

- Perform duties in all weather conditions (protective gear provided)
