Responsibilities

- Supervise daily car wash operations, ensuring efficient workflow and timely service delivery

- Lead and motivate a team of attendants and detailers to uphold quality standards in cleaning, buffing, and detailing vehicles

- Oversee the proper use of equipment such as pressure washers, buffing machines, and window tinting tools

- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, including janitorial duties and custodial tasks to promote safety and professionalism

- Implement safety protocols and train staff on proper handling of chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures

- Monitor inventory levels for cleaning supplies, detailing products, and equipment parts to ensure smooth operations

Skills

- Proven experience in customer service within automotive or janitorial settings

- Strong knowledge of car wash techniques, detailing, buffing, and window tinting processes

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team

- Skilled in operating vehicle cleaning equipment safely and efficiently

- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control and attention to detail in vehicle appearance

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience in custodial or janitorial work is a plus
