Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our metal fabrication team. In this role, you will operate press brake machinery to manufacture tools, equipment, and components from sheet metal and metal plates. Responsibilities include preparing, setting up, and adjusting machines, accurately measuring and aligning materials, and inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. The ideal candidate can safely and efficiently operate a press brake and shear, while following product plans with precision. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with at least one year of metal fabrication experience preferred. This position offers the opportunity to work in a hands-on, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Duties

- Operate a press brake to manufacture tools, equipment, and other components from sheet metal or metal plates.

- Prepare, set up, and adjust press brake as required by product plans and production schedules.

- Measure and align materials to be used.

- Inspect products, evaluate finished pieces for compliance with quality standards and specifications.

- Maintain a clean work area.

Required Skills/Abilities:

- Ability to safely and effectively operate Press Brake and Shear

- Ability to read, interpret, and follow product plans.

Education and Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- At least one year of experience in metal fabrication or related work is preferred.
