Position Specific Description

he ideal candidate is highly capable, well organized, process‑oriented, and driven by personal growth, with strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with internal teams and external vendors. Under limited guidance, this role supports and directs technicians, engineers, and contractors during wind turbine major component activity, ensuring safe, high‑quality, cost‑efficient, and timely execution. Responsibilities include cost and schedule estimating, administration of procurement contracts and documentation, coordination of planning activities to ensure work continuity and efficiency, and collaboration with engineering, analytics, and fleet execution to resolve technical issues and drive continuous improvement. The position may be location‑flexible based on qualifications but will be focused in the North Hub and requires up to 75% travel with potential night‑shift turbine coverage.

The estimated base pay for this position is $72,800.00 to $109,200.00 per year. Starting pay will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, job-related and industry knowledge and skills and education/training.
