Job Description

Acres & Acres Land Servicing is seeking a local Podcasting & Video Editing Specialist to support our in-house podcast and digital content production throughout 2026.

This role is ideal for someone who values high-quality sound, clean visual storytelling, and thoughtful editing. You’ll play a key role in shaping conversations, refining audio and video assets, and helping ensure our content reflects the clarity, professionalism, and intention behind the Acres & Acres brand.

We are looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and confident working with audio and video equipment in a professional setting.

Location

On-site at Poland Plaza

Local candidates only (Poland / Boardman / Youngstown area)

Schedule

Thursdays and Fridays

On-site each week

Key Responsibilities

• Record, edit, and produce podcast audio with a focus on sound quality and clarity

• Support video recording and editing for podcast and related content

• Ensure proper setup, use, and maintenance of sound and video equipment

• Edit content for consistency, pacing, and professional presentation

• Collaborate with internal team to align content with brand standards

• Manage and organize audio and video files efficiently

Required Qualifications

• Experience with audio recording and podcast editing

• Comfortable using professional sound equipment and microphones

• Experience with video editing software

• Strong attention to detail and sound quality

• Ability to work independently and on-site consistently

• Reliable transportation to Poland Plaza

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience producing or editing podcasts

• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software

• Interest in storytelling, media, or long-form conversation formats

• Understanding of basic lighting and camera setup
