Quantum Lifecycle Partners LP is the leading and largest vertically integrated IT Asset Disposition & Recycling processor in Canada. We are looking for a Plant and Logistics Coordinator to join our Coquitlam team! They will facilitate the administration function of the division including the processing of accounts efficiently, and providing support to logistics, purchasing and facility maintenance.
Responsibilities:
Logistics
•Resolve problems and provide creative solutions to maximize department efficiencies and processes
•Maintain confidentiality to all customer, supplier and company information
•Obtain quotes from 3rd Parties, and for Quantum fleet for the logistics services
•Update Detrack with the routes and instructions for the pickups and deliveries
•Schedule drivers’ routes in most cost-effective manner
•Respond to all logistics inquiries for the Coquitlam BC location
•Compile data from ELP to generate the month-end inventory report
•Facilitate the entry of all internal purchases required by the facility through the purchase requisition process
•Facilitate the communication with Quantum drives and 3rd Parties for any issues or changes that might be needed through out the day.
•Create and maintain required Program Processing Incentive submission documents to the specification of the program for submission every month
•Maintain employee hourly tracking and payroll submissions through the
•Reports all accidents, incidents, and unsafe conditions to the immediate supervisor
•Inspects required personal protective equipment and brings health and safety issues to the attention of the immediate supervisor
Admin
•Facilitate the purchase of warehouse and logistics supplies
•Create POs for supplies procurement
•Create POs for all the other expenses
•Update customer payments for all the remarketing sales orders
•Monitor and close all the ship outs in QTMS
•Created shipping labels for the courier projects
•Create commercial invoices both for inbound and outbound shipments.
•Enter data into the logistics tracker (Truck log and lots log)
Qualifications:
•College certificate/diploma in accounting preferred
•Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
•Experience with general accounting software, MS Dynamics 365 Business Central is an asset
•Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
•Detail-oriented with a high level of organization
•Skilled in working with other employees and all levels of management in a professional manner.
•Valid BC Drivers License
