Hitachi Energy is seeking a dynamic Plant Operations Manager to oversee our growing production facility in Richland, MS. This site supports our High Voltage business unit, delivering a wide range of voltage products critical to global energy infrastructure.

+ Lead the execution of short- to mid-term manufacturing strategies + Oversee daily operations across production, engineering, and planning + Champion lean management and continuous improvement initiatives + Drive innovation in manufacturing process development + Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency across all operations + Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive leadership + Solve complex challenges with data-driven decision-making + Manage budgets and contribute to business profitability
+ Proven experience in manufacturing and production operations + Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams + Expertise in lean management and process optimization + Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities + Background in production engineering or related technical fields + Experience with profit & loss responsibility is a plus
