We are looking for a part-time enthusiastic and friendly customer service representative with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task, to work at our family-owned and operated Home Heating Oil Company. Former EXPERIENCE working with a Home Heating Oil Company STRONGLY PREFERRED. Organization skills are a must. Familiarity with Microsoft Word/Office/Excel. Strong math and computer skills are a plus. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, computer entry, answering phone lines, billing/filing, and emailing. Pay rate determined based on experience. We are looking for someone to work between the hours of 11:00am and 4:00pm, hours do have some flexibility .
