Customer Service/Office Assistant

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to analyze customer inquiries, and provide solutions in a timely manner.

Duties

- Provide customers with repair estimates

- Provide customers with mainteance agreements that are tailored to meet customers specific needs

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of service.

- Analyze customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate them as necessary.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our office systems.

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored support.

- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

- Assist in training new staff on customer service protocols and best practices.

- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.

- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in office software and the ability to type efficiently.

- Ability to analyze information quickly and effectively resolve issues.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding client services.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 per hour
