Part-Time Cleaning Person

, you'll play an important role in keeping our Grantsville, MD facilities clean, comfortable, and welcoming. You'll be responsible for maintaining offices and living quarters during evening hours (typically 4:30 PM – 9:30 PM, Monday through Friday) with occasional weekend shifts as needed. With two to three weekly cleanings and approximately 20–30 hours of work per week, this position offers a steady schedule and the satisfaction of creating a safe, tidy environment for others. What You'll Do

- Empty waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points

- Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops

- Mopping floors with wet or damp mops.

- Suction cleaning carpeted areas and "spot" cleaning carpets

- Dust, damp wipe, wash or polish furniture, ledges, window sills, external surfaces of cupboards, radiators, shelves and fitments

- Replenish consumable items (soap, toilet rolls, paper towels)

- Clean toilets, urinals, hand basins, sinks, baths, and showers

Working Conditions

- Must be able to bend, reach overhead, and climb stairs

- Must be able to lift 30 lbs unassisted

- Must adhere and follow all health, safety and environmental standards

What You'll Bring
