The Position

Operator Level 1

Job Summary

- Assists the Shift Foreman in operating and maintaining production systems

- Help maintain production packaging targets

- Loading trucks

- Keep the packaging area clean at all times.

- Requires 40 hours of work per week. (Current shift hours10 hours per day.)

- Comply with Quality Management SystemAll interaction with Imerys employees is to be conducted with professionalism, courteousness and respectful dialogue

- Follows written and/or verbal instructions from the shift foreman

- Assists with the QC department

- Performs housekeeping tasks

- Complies with company policies and procedures

- Follows safety requirements

- Assists the Maintenance Supervisor to detect malfunctions or need for repair, adjustment or lubrication

- Fill out and maintain all production forms before, during and after daily production.

- PPE as needed: Hard hats, safety glasses, Hi-Vis shirts or vests gloves when needed steel toe boots.

Hourly Wage Range: $18 - $21
