Mid Level Operator

Join Tx Future Excavation team as a Mid Level Operator Role/ Helper, where you'll play a vital role in operating and maintaining trenching equipment and some hand digging. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring precision and safety while contributing to the production of high-quality components.

Responsibilities:

- Helper/ Mid Level Operator should expect to perform many different duties, which can include: Operate Trenching machines, & Mini Excavator with precision and safety awareness.

- Helper / Mid Level Operator will be expected to hand dig and operate machinery

- Trencher/Hand digger/Excavator Operators should expect to perform many different duties, which can include:

- Hand-digging with a shovel, chipping hammer & project clean up. Will be in trench assisting the operator. Also, will assist in hand digging for underground utilities.

- Operating walk-along or ride-on trenchers to dig precise trenches for pipelines, utilities, & cables.

- Additionally, the Excavation Laborer assists with various labor-related tasks

- Safely and efficiently operating equipment to dig trenches, excavate materials, move, load, excavate, clear any rock, gravel, dirt and maintain ditches for utility, drainage, or construction projects.

- Responsible for carrying and loading excavation materials for excavators working on projects.

Skills

- 1.5 year experience as an Operator

- Must have a valid license

- Experience in Hand-digging/ Laborer, operating Trencher/Excavators of various sizes and types

- Physical stamina and dexterity to operate the equipment for extended periods

- Good communication skills to coordinate with other workers on the job site

- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime when necessary

- Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently
