What You’ll do as the Operations Coordinator:
•Take incoming and outgoing photos of equipment and email to office
•Create and close work-orders and PO’s
•Verify and update inventory
•Perform yard audits and assist in yard organization
•Assist in managing service email and make calls to gather information
•Maintain daily record of all work tasks and materials
•Manage CIVIP schedule and paperwork
•Manage invoice workflow (scanning, attaching, ensuring correct machine/PO information)
•Assist in rental return billing, verify damages
•Assist in hosting weekly safety meetings
•Operate heavy equipment within the yard(s)
•Assist with yard organization – spotting operators, placing wheel chocks
•Assist with other duties as required
What You Bring to the Team:
•Construction or Heavy Equipment experience preferred, but not mandatory
•Previous coordinator experience required
•Post Secondary graduate, looking for a fast-paced working environment
•Good business acumen/communication. Must be professional dealing with customers
•Good computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office
•Ability to lead and take charge in their role within the company
•Organizational skills required. This role links multiple departments together within the business.
•Ability to work efficiently while unsupervised
•Able to work inside and outside, in all weather conditions as required.
