We’re hiring a Customer Service & Operations Coordinator with QuickBooks experience and preferably a basic understanding of water utility rates. This key team member will support daily operations from our Miami office—handling customer service, technician coordination, service reports, and billing support.
Key Responsibilities:
•Respond to customers in English and Spanish via phone, email, and in person
•Dispatch and coordinate service technicians
•Generate and manage service and billing reports (Excel)
•Assist with invoicing and recordkeeping using QuickBooks
•Update customer records and service logs
•Support general office operations
•Apply knowledge of water usage and utility billing rates when handling customer concerns
Requirements:
•Fluent in English & Spanish (Required)
•QuickBooks experience (Preferred)
•Strong customer service and communication skills
•Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting
•Organized and detail-oriented
•Knowledge of water utility rates or experience in utility billing is a strong plus
