SUMMARY:
The Operations Coordinator supports day-to-day operational, administrative, and data-management activities across their assigned facility and region. This role ensures accurate data in mPP and NetSuite, helps coordinate inventory with ops management team, assists with local technology and facilities cross-functional communication to maintain seamless operations and top-tie customer service. This position requires confidentiality, diplomacy and professionalism while interacting with employees at all levels and external partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Coordinate day-to-day operations for your local facility.
•Maintain data in internal software, mPP, and NetSuite – assets, price books, work orders, inventory, etc.
•Organize delivery paperwork, verify treatment schedules, and ensure accurate billing readiness.
•Serve as a first line of support for basic tech questions before escalating.
•Generate routine and ad-hoc reports that keep operations leadership informed.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with billing, supply chain, fleet and accounting.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION, AND EXPERIENCE
•High School Diploma or GED (associate degree preferred)
•2+ of administrative or operations support experience
•Comfortable navigating excel, NetSuite (or similar ERP), and Microsoft 365
•Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle priorities
•Clear, professional communicator who enjoys working with cross-function teams
