Description:

Join our team in Spokane! We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our operations team. This role is responsible for coordinating and scheduling window installation projects to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. This role involves close collaboration with operations, warehouse, and installation teams to align customer appointments, crew availability, and material readiness. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

•

Creating and managing weekly and monthly installation schedules for multiple crews in Salesforce.

•

Adjusting schedules in real-time to accommodate delays, cancellations, or emergencies.

•

Creating, maintaining, and adjusting schedules based on project requirements to meet company assigned goals

•

Coordinating with different departments to gather information necessary for scheduling

•

Identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts and issues

•

Using Salesforce to manage workflow and documentation.

•

Monitoring project progress and making adjustments to the schedule as necessary

•

Other tasks as assigned by the Production Manager or Customer Care Director

Requirements:

Experience the construction or facility management field preferred, but not required
