Operations Coordinator / Assistant Manager (Bilingual – Spanish/English)
We’re seeking a bilingual operations coordinator to support the daily operations of our steel door manufacturing and import/export business. You’ll work directly with the owner to manage communication with our Mexico fabrication team, coordinate shipping and logistics, and assist with office and customer operations in Houston.
Ideal for someone looking to grow into an Operations Manager or leadership role over time.
Responsibilities
•Communicate with the Mexico-based production team.
•Track manufacturing progress and assist with inventory updates.
•Handle shipping logistics, customs coordination, and import documents.
•Assist with office tasks: order tracking, invoicing, scheduling.
•Support client communication and follow-up on quotes/orders.
•Work with warehouse staff or installers as needed.
Qualifications
•(Spanish-English) required.
•2–4 years of experience in operations, logistics, or manufacturing.
•Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
•Eager to learn and grow into a higher-responsibility role.
•Comfortable with technology (Excel, email, inventory tools).
