Position Overview:
This position will be responsible for working in the Olympic Training Center to serve as the Training Coordinator to ensure that the training facility is open, schedule and conduct training daily throughout the year. Responsibilities:
•Welcome Champion: Greet and assist all employees, suppliers, and guests at the Olympic Training Center, ensuring sign-ins, materials, training attendance, and handling calls.
•Scheduling & Calendar Management: Collaborate with company leaders to schedule, update, and track all training sessions at the center.
•Facilities Management: Ensure all supplies, equipment, and materials are available and operational; set up and reorganize training rooms and manage storage.
•Attendance Tracking: Record and track training attendance in the Learning Management System and send attendance data to the appropriate administrative assistants.
•Technology Support: Coordinate with IT to ensure proper setup and functionality of technology for training sessions.
•Process Documentation: Work with VP of Workforce Development to define, document, and track training processes; manage P.O. requests and vendor quotes.
•Project Management: Use project management skills to implement training tools, equipment, and content to meet training goals.
•Collaboration: Coordinate with leaders to update schedules, content, and food orders for training sessions and orientations.
•Training Facilitation: Conduct training sessions, especially for onboarding, Workforce Go, New LMS, and compliance topics.
•Performance Tracking: Track and report weekly training hours and attendance.
•Material Maintenance: Organize, update, and store training content and materials.
•Reporting: Generate weekly reports for the Training Center and manage expense reports, including credit card receipts.
•Compliance & Safety: Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
•Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish to communicate and train Global Roofing Group employees and partners
Skills/ Knowledge Required (Recommended):
•Effective verbal and written communication
•MS Office Suite - (Word, PPT and Excel)
•Excellent organizational skills
•Knowledge of Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS)
