The
Operations Assistant
is responsible for being the main point of contact for Centric as well as supporting part of the Executive Team. This position will provide exceptional customer service through their interaction with guests, job applicants, and outside vendors. They are the face of the office and their interaction with our visitors is important in creating a first-class environment. This position will perform a variety of reception/clerical duties to support the Operations team.

•Ensure that all operations are conducted safely and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures
•Foster a culture of always doing things the right way: the Centric Way (safety, openness, integrity, attention to detail, etc.)
•Collaborate closely with other members of the Project Management Department to ensure that all commitments and requirements are clearly understood
Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:
•Provide executive support to COO and CFO including managing calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reporting Fyle training, CC #s, frequent flyer, etc.
•Send out weekly updated surveys and compile responses for COO's Leadership Team Meetings
•Manage the guest security pass process, including issuing and ensuring passes are returned
•Facility management for the Towers office, including:
+ Ordering name plates for new hires
+ dealing with building issues that may arise
+ Liaise with the Howard Hughes maintenance staff as required
+ Maintain floor plan with office assignments, etc
+ Occasional receipt and distribution of mail
•Assist with the collection, reporting, and analysis of monthly safety statistics
•Create and issue periodic staff newsletters
•Collate and update company news and key statistics for broadcast on office TVs
•Assist legal team with easement filings
•Maintain and distribute inventory for field employees / Coordinate with Triple D and GoSafe accounts for all new hires/terminations.
•Order any polos or additional "swag" as directed by the ELT
•Provide stand-in coverage for the CEO's executive assistant if out of office
•On request, operate the reception desk to greet any visitors for meetings organized by the Leadership Team
•Miscellaneous (lunch for meetings, FedEx runs, point of contact for any building-related installers/visitors, employee directory, planning company outings - dinners, field appreciation, summit, team building, company meetings etc; general daily asks of employees).
•General support of the Operations Department as directed by the COO
Requirements
•Bachelor's Degree OR High School Diploma/ GED with 4 years of office administration experience
•2+ years' experience in office administration
•Proficiency in the use of computer software applications, including Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Requirements:
•Preferred college coursework in Business, Construction Management, Project Management, or Supply Chain
Physical Demands / Work Environment:
•Job requires employee to sit for extended periods of time, lift objects up to 30 lbs, grasp, carry, walk, speak, and listen.
•Work is performed mostly in a controlled office environment. The noise level is the work environment is usually moderate.
