About This Job

We are looking for upbeat people to join our Operations Team in Rancho Cordova, CA. The Operations/ Office Assistant position is an entry level position that is behind the scenes of making sure the company can run smoothly. The Operations team is the back bone of the company; that helps with quality control, analyzing data, and reporting data that shows the progress of the company. You will be working with every department and all managers to help troubleshoot, support, and take on reports or projects.

Job Description:

Build communication with managers and co-workers to help smooth out the day to day operations
Use multiple systems and applications to help analyze and report data
Help maintain the systems we use to operate our day to day operations
Utilize problem solving skills to handle issues with trucks, phones, devices, and systems
Communicate with third party vendors for issues, orders, or training
Complete office administration duties like data entry, ordering supplies, and etc…
Will use knowledge of company policies to run reports/ data


Qualifications:

+ Must be 18 years or older
+ Be professional and have a positive attitude + Be self motivated to learn + Be able to use your resources + Be able to multi-task and time manage + Must have problem solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills + Ability to work with varying computer programs with ease + Have some basic office experience preferred + Have excellent written and verbal communication skills + Be willing to take direction and support managers
