Job Description
Des Electrical LLC is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Assistant to join our growing electrical contracting business. The ideal candidate will be organized, bilingual (English/Spanish), and comfortable using business software. This person will support daily office operations, scheduling, and internal coordination with the owner and field team.
Responsibilities
•Answer phone calls from clients and schedule appointments
•Manage and update job details and proposals in Housecall Pro
•Track labor, material costs, and profits using Airtable
•Organize project files and documentation in Microsoft OneDrive
•Enter expenses and assist with bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online
•Prepare and send proposals, and follow up on signatures using Adobe Acrobat Pro (or DocuSign if needed)
•Communicate professionally via email and manage the Outlook calendar
•Coordinate internal tasks and communication through Microsoft Teams
Preferably*: assist with basic marketing content and social media coordination
Requirements
•Experience with QuickBooks Online (required)
•Strong communication skills (bilingual English/Spanish preferred)
•Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, OneDrive)
•Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat Pro
•Willingness to learn Housecall Pro and Airtable
•Professional, responsible, and well-organized
