Overview

We are seeking experienced and dependable Oilfield Roustabout Hands to join our team. This role involves supporting oil and gas operations on-site, working with heavy equipment, and maintaining safety standards across construction and well sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, familiarity with pipeline and horizontal drilling processes, and experience working on oil rigs or construction sites. Candidates must adhere to OSHA safety regulations and possess the ability to operate various machinery including backhoes, cranes, forklifts, and trucks. Responsibilities

- Assist with the setup, maintenance, and operation of heavy equipment such as backhoes, cranes, forklifts, and trucks.

- Support installation on well sites, repair, and maintenance activities across construction sites.

- Perform rigging tasks for lifting and moving equipment, pipe or materials safely.

- Conduct basic mechanical inspections and troubleshooting of equipment used in oilfield operations.

- Maintain safety standards by following OSHA guidelines during all activities.

- Support operations by handling tools, supplies, and materials required for company projects.

- Assist with general labor tasks including site cleanup, material handling, and transportation of supplies around the worksite.

- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries on-site.

Qualifications

- Prior experience working on oil rigs, farming or construction sites is preferred.

- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation including backhoes, cranes, forklifts, and tanker trucks.

- Mechanical knowledge related to oil & gas operations, working with tubing, and oilfield equipment is highly desirable.

- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best practices for construction or industrial environments.

- Ability to operate rigging equipment safely and efficiently.

- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) is a plus for driving heavy machinery or transporting materials.

- Experience with construction tools such as excavators or cranes is beneficial.

- Strong work ethic with the ability to work in physically demanding environments under safety regulations. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
