Responsibilities

· New Facilities Construction including wellheads, flowlines, transfer lines, tank batteries

· Cut and thread pipe

· Installation of pipe

· Accurately read tape measure for accurate measurement/cuts

· Operate Man Lift/Forklift.

- Perform general maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery

- Operate heavy machinery, such as cranes, forklifts, and tankers

- Assist in the transportation of materials and equipment to and from job sites

- 5 years previous experience working in the oil and gas industry required

- Familiarity with horizontal drilling techniques is a plus

- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting and repairs

- Valve replacements

- Tank repairs

- Tank hatches

- Vessel repair

- Flow line repairs

- Steel

- Poly

- Fiberglass

· Follow instructions, responds to management direction; takes responsibility for own actions

· Demonstrates quality accuracy and thoroughness in all assigned job duties. Strong mechanical aptitude

· Attendance/punctuality – is consistently at work and on time

· Follows all safety guidelines. Aware of surroundings and working hazards. Wears all appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Must adhere to all OSHA regulations and guidelines

· Pre-employment drug screen and on-going random drug screening

· Effectively communicate with customers, co-workers and other personnel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
