Job Overview:
As a Customer Experience Associate at our meter reading services company, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing support via phone, email, and chat while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Responsibilities:
•Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries regarding meter readings, billing, service requests, and account updates.
•Assist customers in understanding their meter readings, consumption patterns, and billing statements.
•Resolve customer complaints efficiently, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
•Educate customers on self-service tools, online portals, and payment options.
•Collaborate with field technicians and billing teams to ensure timely resolution of service issues.
•Identify and report recurring customer concerns to improve service delivery.
Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively.
•Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor.
