The Opportunity
We're seeking a Customer Experience Representative who is passionate about service, solutions, and making every customer interaction a positive one.
You will serve as the first point of contact for service customers, helping them through troubleshooting, scheduling, project updates, and ensuring they feel valued every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities
•Answer inbound service inquiries by phone, text, and email with professionalism and empathy.
•Diagnose basic system issues by gathering information and asking key questions.
•Coordinate service scheduling and follow up with customers throughout the process.
•Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
•Act as an internal advocate for the customer — escalating issues when needed to ensure quick resolution.
•Communicate clearly with field service teams to ensure smooth hand-offs.
•Maintain a strong understanding of solar energy systems, including batteries and storage systems, to guide and educate customers where appropriate.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
•2+ years in a customer service, service dispatch, or technical support role (solar or electrical services experience preferred).
•SolarEdge Certification (required) — must have a working knowledge of SolarEdge inverters, optimizers, and monitoring platforms.
•Solid understanding of battery and energy storage systems (such as Tesla Powerwall, SolarEdge Energy Bank, or Enphase Storage).
•Excellent communication and listening skills.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Problem-solving mindset — someone who is solutions-oriented, not just a message-taker.
•Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are exactly the same.
