As the HR Content Management Advisor , you will be at the forefront of shaping and maintaining the quality of HR online content and published materials, both internally and externally. This pivotal role involves not only reviewing and editing submissions for consistency but also collaborating with stakeholders to meet high-quality and design standards. By enhancing the experience of candidates, employees, leaders, and HR professionals, you will deliver a cohesive and engaging experience that aligns with Phillips 66’s culture, values, and strategy.


Responsibilities May Include:

Influence and guide teams on user experience (UX) strategy, organization, and delivery of all HR online content. Analyze impact of recommended content updates on existing content design and structure.

Partner to create a comp rehensive HR content strategy that aligns with enterprise strategy and target audience.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, craft the narrative, create compelling content, incorporate feedback, and meet deadlines, while proactively consulting with key stakeholders in HR, IT, and Corporate Communications.

Partner with stakeholders and vendors to design and maintain HR content across internal and external platforms including SharePoint, Careers.Phillips66.com and hr.phillips66.com and learning experience platform.

Serve as design consultant for HR marketing materials and graphics for the various HR functions and partner with the branding team to ensure materials meet brand guidelines.

Assess impact, communicate expectations, and execute content management initiatives led by Corporate Communications and IT.

Adhere to established governance framework for online content to ensure standards are met and content complies with copyright laws, content policies, and brand guidelines.

Serve as site administrator for all HR SharePoint sites, including site creation, permission management, training delivery, and troubleshooting/issue resolution

Perform review cycles of HR content on various platforms to ensure accuracy and user experience quality.

Maintain awareness of modern technology to identify opportunities to enhance content delivery.

Monitor utilization metrics and trends to assess content performance and make data-driven decisions. Partner with IT to ensure tools are available to monitor content utilization.


Required Qualifications:

Legally authorized to work in the job posting country

Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator

Ability to autonomously manage and prioritize multiple projects involving collaborative work with employees in different departments with varying levels of seniority

Strong collaborative, writing, analytical, and communication skills with an eye for detail and consistency


Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in visual communications, Marketing, HR, or related field.


SharePoint administration experience


Graphic Design experience


Experience in UX design


Previous experience working with company confidential information

Ability to adapt to priority shifts and new technologies

Excellent collaboration partnering skills, facilitation, and influencing skills

Proven experience in an environment requiring attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to think critically and to influence, negotiate, and consult to achieve the optimum solution

Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast-paced, complex, multi-tasking hybrid environment

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects from analysis through delivery concurrently

Knowledge of data-driven decision-making and using metrics to measure success
