Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Greeley, CO. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role includes developing and implementing HR policies, conducting training and development programs, and overseeing payroll and benefits administration. The Human Resources Manager will work closely with management to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

- Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus
