We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. This pivotal role will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring that the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent while fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment and labor law, talent acquisition, and strategic planning, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
- Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Manage employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with FMLA, OSHA, and other relevant employment laws.
- Lead performance management initiatives to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
- Design and implement training and development programs to support employee growth.
- Facilitate conflict management processes to resolve workplace disputes effectively.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on organizational design and change management initiatives.
- Utilize HRIS systems such as ADP and BambooHR for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Ensure compliance with workers' compensation regulations and oversee related claims processes.
- Drive process improvement initiatives within the HR function to enhance efficiency.
- Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on talent management and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, including FMLA regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in negotiation, conflict management, and program management.
- Supervising experience with a track record of leading teams effectively.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes related to HR functions.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as BambooHR and ADP TotalSource
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to various stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on data collection and analysis for informed decision-making.

- Experience within similar role of 5-7 years.
- BA/BS in Human Resources or relevant field.
