We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our AUI Power team. As the HR Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the workforce of our organization by developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives. In this role, you will manage all aspects of human resources including employee relations, benefits administration, onboarding, performance management, and recruitment. - Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance, coaching, and conflict resolution to employees and managers.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
- Oversee onboarding of new employees and ensure a smooth transition.
- Manage benefits administration for the organization including open enrollment, plan renewals, vendor management, and invoices.
- Support and manage HRIS including maintenance, primary contact, and ensure data integrity.
- Conduct investigations and resolve employee relations issues promptly and effectively.
- Foster employee engagement through programs, communication, and initiatives that promote a strong workplace culture.
- Maintain HR records, metrics, and reporting for leadership insights.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 years of progressive HR experience
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to resolve complex employee issues with fairness and discretion.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Experience working in a small or growing company environment preferred.
- Utilities, energy, or related industry experience a plus (but not required).
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
