The Opportunity
We are seeking an HR Planning and Content Advisor to support the development, planning, and delivery of clear, accurate, and engaging content related to HR systems, policies, and programs. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented communicator or technical writer with a passion for optimizing technical HR content into accessible language.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with HR COEs to update and develop technical content and ensure accuracy in documentation and design
- Create, update, and publish Workday Help step by step how to instructions for employees and leaders
- Own and manage the HR Service Now case system for HR content completion of tasks
- Provide review and edit support on HR PowerPoint presentations to ensure consistency, clarity and alignment to brand guidelines
- Maintain and update HR content on internal channels (e.g., 1TC intranet and Leaders’ portal, and HR Sharepoint), to ensure they are up to date, readily accessible, and easy to understand
- Maintain the overall timeline for HR activities (the HR Big Picture)
- Provide support to the senior HR Communications Advisor
- Collaborate with digital communications, IS, and other teams to ensure a unified approach to content creation and distribution
- Continuously explore and adopt new tools, technologies and methodologies to enhance documentation and training effectiveness
- Design and edit documentation, quick reference guides, infographics and flowcharts to support the HR process and programs
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in internal communications, HR support, or technical writing
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to clarity, tone, and detail.
- Familiarity with HR systems and terminology preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and content management systems (e.g., SharePoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment
