The normal work schedule is on a rotation of 4 weeks paid i.e., 2 weeks worked (77 hours per week, 7 days a week) followed by 2 weeks paid to rest.

Your responsibilities
Under the supervision of the IT supervisor, the technical agent will:
•
Provide technical support to users, on-site and working remotely.
•
Diagnoses and handles incidents by telephone and remotely from users on the various sites.
•
Ensure a follow up on requests with users.
•
Provides support to users with equipment and software.
•
Create and maintain support documentation linked to IT procedures.
•
Support and maintain the fleet of computers and mobile devices.
•
Participate in continuous improvement, expansion, and maintenance projects for the IT department.
•
Meet the requirements and recommendations in terms of health and safety of the company.
•
Performs other related tasks associated with this position.
Profile
•
Professional Diploma (DEP) or a Diploma College diploma (DEC) in of Computer Studies;
•
Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience related to the job.
•
Experience working in a Windows 11 Active Directory environment.
•
In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office 2021/365 suite.
•
Excellent ability to communicate with clients.
•
French / English bilingualism (spoken and written) essential.
Assets and skills
•
A+ Certification
•
Computer networks (LAN / WAN, VPN)
•
Knowledge of Guide TI, Deswik an asset
•
Work with a diverse and multicultural team.
•

•
Ability to work under pressure and maintain good interpersonal relationships.
