The IT Support Technician is a hands-on administrator responsible for ensuring that people, devices, and systems stay connected and functional. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, user account administration, backups, and light ERP support. The ideal candidate is a communicator, problem-solver, and self-starter able to build IT processes. This position reports to the VP of Operations and Finance.
· Troubleshoot internet connectivity, email, and hardware/software issues.
· Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls (with approval).
· Maintain and troubleshoot network printers and connectivity.
· Perform backup oversight and ensure data protection protocols are followed.
· Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 ERP support, escalating to ERP experts as needed.
· Document IT support activities and define IT processes as the business scales.
· Documented IT support experience (manufacturing environment a plus).
· Familiarity with user account management, backups, and network troubleshooting.
· Basic ERP troubleshooting skills or willingness to learn.
· Competitive hourly wage ($22–$28/hr depending on experience).
