Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•Be a customer champion: Assist customers in identifying their pest problems and recommend effective solutions.
•Become a communication hub: Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and ensure clear communication between customers and technicians.
•Be a data whiz: Enter customer information accurately and maintain organized records in our system.
•Scheduling maestro: Manage appointments, dispatch technicians efficiently, and keep the office running smoothly.
•Team player: Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
Receptionist/CSR must be able to:
•have a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
•Proficient in using office equipment (computer, phone systems, etc.)
•Stong knowledge of Office 365
•Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing demands.
•Preferred: 1 year of experience in the pest control industry (Pest Pac a plus).
Receptionist/CSR is measured monthly on the following:
- Completed assignments on time
- Provide to notch customer service
- Quality of work
- Safety compliance
- Following instructions
Receptionist/CSR is expected to demonstrate knowledge of the following during the first year of employment:
- Pest services, procedures, materials and equipment
- Pest management regulations and safety procedures.
- Pest inspections and pest control services.
- Written and verbal communication.
- Prioritizing work, and making adjustments on short notice.
- Promoting cooperation and teamwork.
