JOB DESCRIPTION
Matador Resources Company, a leader in the oil and gas industry, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Services Assistant to join our in-house administrative team. This position offers the opportunity to support the team by managing administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Inventory Management: Monitor, organize, and replenish office supply inventories across all floors, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient storage.
•Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of office kitchens, including loading and unloading dishwashers, restocking supplies (e.g., coffee, utensils), and ensuring a tidy environment.
•Printer Maintenance: Stock printers with paper, replace toner cartridges, and perform basic troubleshooting to ensure operational efficiency.
•Mail Support: Assist with scanning and processing certified mail, affixing postage for outgoing mail, and coordinating mail distribution.
•Physical Tasks: Safely lift and move items weighing 45+ lbs, including boxes of office supplies, paper, or equipment, as needed.
•General Support: Provide ad-hoc assistance with office-related tasks, such as setting up meeting rooms, organizing shared spaces, or supporting administrative staff.

Qualifications
Skills and Abilities:

Physical Requirements:
•Ability to stand, walk, and lift/move objects weighing 45+ lbs regularly.
•Comfortable navigating multiple floors and office spaces.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
•Prior experience in office services, facilities, or administrative support is preferred but not required.
•No advanced degree required
