MIDWEST Switchgear Group proudly supplies electrical equipment.
We are looking for a part-time Sales Support Specialist to join our team.
No direct sales involved - simply helping the sales and office staff with flow of sales and orders. Looking for someone to come in willing to help out right away.
Responsibilities:
•
Order entry, data entry, data organization
•
Create Purchase Orders
•
Administrative tasks, filing etc.
•
Support sales staff by completing and processing orders
Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite* Fast processor in terms of typing and data entry*
•
Demonstrated ability to assist sales teams with any additional work as needed with a can-do attitude
•
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and friendly speaking voice
•
Be strongly skilled in data entry, customer service including basic math and reporting skills
•
Attention to detail is necessary as well as being a people person with excellent customer service knowledge
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Schedule:

Monday to Friday
