Job Summary

Greenstone Slate Company Inc., North America’s premier manufacturer and supplier of natural slate roofing and siding products is seeking a full time Sales Support Specialist for their location in Poultney VT. The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for handling analytical tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer service, maintaining clear communication with clients, and supporting sales operations. The primary focus of this role is to assist in the sales process by managing documentation, interacting with customers, resolving inquiries, and helping the sales team with various tasks.
