About the Role
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales Operations, the Sales Support Representative will support the Western Canada account management team by coordinating customer tenders, including the creation and management of opportunities in our SRM tool, coordinating the review of the customer's terms & conditions with our legal department and our Insurer, to help the customer resolve order execution problems, etc.) and interacting in a sustained manner with the customer and the factories concerned.
Responsibilities
•Serve as the primary interface between customers and internal sales teams.
•Support the promotion and sale of products and services to meet regional sales objectives.
•Coordinate RFQs and bids with Business Lines to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
•Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, including requests for information, quotations, and order updates.
•Identify high-potential leads and escalate them to Sales Directors.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
•Contribute to the development of tools and processes that enhance operational efficiency.
•Provide market feedback on pricing and competitor activity.
•Proactively manage customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
•Participate in industrial sales meetings and initiatives.

Qualifications
•2–5 years of customer service experience.
•Project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
•Technical degree in electrical engineering or equivalent (preferred).
•Sales experience is an asset.
•Strong communication skills in English; French is an asset.
•Proficient in working independently and meeting tight deadlines.
•Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
•Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills.
•Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) is an asset.
