Position Summary

Office managers organize office operations, oversee staff, and work closely with certain departments such as human resources or legal. Also maintains organization throughout the office by designing filing systems and bookkeeping.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities


Schedule meetings


Prepare payroll


Greet visitors

Be familiar with office systems used

Provide administrative support to employees

Maintain office condition and schedule for necessary repairs

Provide support to visitors or customers

Assist with the onboarding process of new hires


Education, Experience, & Training

High school diploma or GED

Previous experience in an office setting

Have good knowledge of office layout


Good problem-solving skills


Physical Demands

Ability to travel throughout the office

Good communication and written skills
