Control Distributors is seeking an individual who is knowledgeable within the Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable discipline. Extensive QuickBooks experience is required (or equivalent). This position has lateral and upward opportunities within the Company. Will tailor pay to skills and performance. This company has a quarterly bonus schedule.
Office Manager will oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for balancing of AR/AP accounts, order placement, order reception, bill payments, and customer invoicing. This role requires a blend of leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
· Organize and maintain filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
· Develop and manage office budgets while monitoring expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
· Utilize phone systems effectively to manage communication within the office.
· Maintain proficiency in QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting.
· Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
· Strong understanding of payroll processes and human resources practices.
· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
· Proficient in using phone systems, QuickBooks, and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer service-oriented approach.
· Experience in event planning is a plus.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
