Overview
The Office Coordinator oversees all aspects of office communications and supports essential operations, ensuring efficient workflow and effective communication within the office environment. These tasks include, but are not limited to:
•Managing emails, phone calls, mail, ordering and maintaining office supplies, and submitting work orders and scheduling repairs for general office space and equipment.
•Managing office repairs and maintenance, contacting the vendors when needed, and coordinating meetings.
•Overseeing and managing events while addressing potential problems that may arise.
•Meeting with the vendors at the event location to help with set-up, run errands for supplies and decorations, and working with staff to ensure the completion of a successful event.
•Creating event proposals that fit FELPS requirements, presenting proposals before the deadline, and establishing and maintaining a good working relationship with vendors and venues.
•Remain within the budget as presented for the events and assist with developing budgets for future events.
•Oversee all marketing objectives
•Assisting with graphic design, copywriting, photography, video production, and social media content creation to enhance brand engagement and support various departments.
•Assist with marketing changes, submitting recommendations as necessary
•Assisting with office and overall facility expansions or modifications as they become necessary.
•Additional other duties may be assigned, based on organizational needs by supervisors/managers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.04 - $36.06 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
