Overview
We are seeking a highly organized employee with good communications skills who is able to multitask efficiently, comprehend new computer programs quickly and meet multiple deadlines as required. This position involves performing various aspects of payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, human resources as well as other office functions.
- Proficient computer skills
- Experience with the TRACK system is preferred, but not required
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently or work in a team while providing our customers quality service
- Attention to detail required
Normal office hours are Monday-Friday 7AM - 4 PM in our Burlington, WA office. During our busy season, weekend work and/or extended hours may be necessary.
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
