Summary

Spire is seeking an Office Coordinator to work at the Wentzville, Missouri office. This position will be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative and office duties using internal systems and standard software packages to support the Spire Midstream assets in Missouri and Illinois.


Duties and Responsibilities

Support Midstream staff with procurement of equipment, supplies and contractor services.

Coordination various employee events and travel arrangements for Midstream staff
Coordinate facility maintenance as needed with 3rd party contractors and Shared Services.
Coordinate and track payment of vendor invoices.
Coordinate and track completion of regulatory compliance activities.
Perform various clerical duties such as filing, posting, and maintaining accurate and neat records.
Maintain various monthly and annual reports
Provide prompt and courteous service to both internal partners and external customers and contractors.
All other duties as assigned to support the needs of the Wentzville Office.

Required Education (certifications, licenses)

High school diploma/GED

Required knowledge, skill and abilities

One (1) year of previous office experience preferred.

Proficient with software programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
Physical demands, environment and schedule

Work is normally performed in a shared office environment

Monday through Friday, 7AM-4PM
Hybrid work schedule available. 3-4 days on site per week required.
