•Assist with customer service inquiries, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
•Maintain organized office files and records, both physical and digital.
•Support dental receptionist duties, including patient check-ins and appointment confirmations.
•Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve efficiency.
•Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
•Ensure that office supplies are stocked and organized.
