Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and licensed Occupational Therapist to join our home health team. In this role, you will provide individualized therapy services to patients in the comfort of their homes, helping them regain independence and improve their ability to perform daily living activities following illness, injury, or surgery.
Key Responsibilities:
•Assess patients’ functional abilities and develop personalized care plans to achieve therapeutic goals.
•Provide direct occupational therapy services in patients’ homes, focusing on improving mobility, strength, coordination, and daily living skills.
•Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, home safety, and use of assistive equipment.
•Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and other members of the care team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
•Monitor and document patient progress, updating treatment plans as needed.
•Ensure timely and accurate completion of clinical documentation and reports in compliance with agency policies and state/federal regulations.
Qualifications:
•Current Occupational Therapy license in WA.
•Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
•Minimum of one year of experience preferred; home health experience is a plus.
•Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
•Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
