Gerdau is a global leader in steel production, and we’re looking for a dedicated Occupational Health Nurse to join our Cartersville team. If you’re passionate about employee wellness, injury prevention, and creating a safer workplace, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

•

Manage Workers’ Compensation claims and coordinate return-to-work plans.

•

Provide first aid, conduct health screenings, and maintain medical records.

•

Collaborate with physicians and safety teams on injury prevention and care.

•

Lead wellness initiatives (hydration, ergonomics, health fairs, etc.).

•

Train employees in CPR, first aid, and emergency response.

•

Support OSHA compliance and maintain medical supply inventory.

What You Bring

•

Bachelors Degree in Nursing.

•

Active RN license in Georgia.

•

3–5 years of clinical nursing experience.

•

Occupational health or safety experience is a plus.

•

Strong communication, documentation, and MS Office skills.
